

Kedra was educated in the Dallas Independent School District. She attended Adelle Turner Elementary School, WH Atwell Middle School, and graduated from David W. Carter High School. Kedra also attended college and obtained an Associates Degree.
Kedra moved to Atlanta Georgia for a few years and worked for Southwest Atlanta Christian Academy in the Early Learning Center. She was loved by and worked well with the toddlers.
Upon returning to Texas, Kedra worked for Travis County.
Kedra later began work as a clerk for the Dallas County Adult Probation Agency. After working for many years, she retired from Dallas County.
Kedra loved the Lord and knew Jesus Christ as her personal Lord and Savior.
Kedra began attending Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship Church in 1995, where she was a faithful member. She moved to Atlanta, Georgia for a few years and was a member of Fellowship of Faith Church International, where she was a prayer counselor and a member of the Clean Up Ministry. Upon returning to Texas, she moved to Austin, Texas, where she attended Shoreline Church.
Kedra returned to Dallas, Texas in the mid 2000’s and again became an active member of Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship (OCBF). Kedra was a faithful member of OCBF’s Care and Comfort Ministry and a dedicated Prayer Warrior, up until early 2025, when she could no longer physically participate as before.
Kedra was talented in many areas, including being naturally gifted and excellent in the area of Interior Design.
But more than anything, Kedra loved and was faithful and loyal to her family. Often being concerned about the welfare and well-being of her five siblings, she was willing to assist and care for them in any way she could. Even though Kedra didn’t have any biological children, she nurtured, cared for, and loved her many nieces and nephews.
Kedra Devonne Williams transitioned into the arms of Jesus Christ, on Thursday, August 21, 2025. She was welcomed by her parents, Larncell Williams, Sr., and Yvonne Boleware Williams.
Kedra leaves to cherish her memory, her siblings; Vanessa Walker (Eddie), Gwendolyn Renee Williams, Lisa Denell Williams, Larncell Williams, Jr. (Valencia), and Deione Williams (Wendi); many nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and nephews; two long-time friends (since 3rd grade), Doris Taylor and Colette Green-Rowans; and a special friend and care-giver; Jibril Salami (Bro. J); and a host of aunts, uncles and other relatives.
