

Kenneth spent the majority of his career working with Coca-Cola, where he built lasting relationships and a reputation for dedication and hard work. In his younger years, he was a talented baseball player and, later in life, became an avid golfer who cherished time on the course. He also once starred on the television game show Bowling for Dollars, a fun memory he loved to share with family and friends.
He is survived by his loving wife of 18 years, Jean Motley; daughters Michelle Clay (Jeffrey) and Melissa Workley (Patrick); grandchildren Lauren Clay, Jackson Clay, Caroline Workley, and Christopher Workley; stepdaughter Sheri Douglas; grandchildren Parker Douglas and Peirson Douglas; and the mother of his daughters, Cindy Marshall.
Kenneth is also survived by his sister-in-laws Delores Cochran and Patsy Cochran; nephews Randy Cochran, Kyle Cochran, and Ricky Cochran; his favorite niece, Rhonda Bray; and many other family members who were dear to him. He was preceded in death by his mother, Una Cochran; his brothers Deryl Cochran, Bobby Cochran, and Jimmy Cochran; and his sister, Lou Jean Cochran.
Kenneth was a man of few words, but his quiet strength, loyalty, and sense of humor spoke volumes. He loved his family deeply and lived a life full of love and laughter. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Laurel Land Funeral Home in Dallas, Texas. Family and friends are invited to attend and celebrate Kenneth’s life.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research in his honor.
