Kevin Robert Mellnick was born 1 February 1958 to parents Shirley Anne and Wilbur Jack Mellnick at Burderop Park, Oxfordshire, UK. Kevin passed on 3 October 2015 at Medical City Hospital in Dallas, TX. He is survived by his father and stepmother, Delores, his wife Diana, his brother Kirk of North Carolina, and his sister, Jacque Michelle Norton of Plano, TX. He is survived by his children: Vincent of St. Louis, MO, Anthony of Irving, TX, and Simon of Austin, TX. Kevin had four grandchildren as well. Kevin was a graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas. He served in the US Army as a medical lab technician which later became his life’s work. He attained the rank of Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America. Services will be held at Gonzalez funeral home with viewing from 1-8pm and rosary at 630pm on Tuesday, 6 October. Funeral mass will be at St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church on Wednesday, 7 October.
