A funeral service for Kheng will be held Saturday, July 26, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at Grove Hill Funeral Home, 3920 Samuell Blvd, Dallas, TX 75228, followed by a graveside service from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM.
