

Kristin Jackson, 33, of Fayetteville, Arkansas formerly of Dallas, died on Tuesday, December 11, 2012 in Hazen, Arkansas from wounds sustained in an automobile accident. She will forever be remembered as a loving daughter, sister, aunt and friend to all that knew and loved her.
She was born in Dallas, Texas on September 27, 1979 to John H. and Casey Hagemann Koons. Kristin attended Highland Park High School where she was an outstanding basketball player and captain of the team. She graduated from HPHS in the Class of 1998. Kristin and Justin Jackson were married in Garfield, Arkansas on August 23, 2003. She then went on to study Business at the University of Texas at Dallas where she graduated summa cume laude. She was currently the Art Director at Tyson Foods in Fayetteville, Arkansas and prior to that she spent over 4 years in a similar position at Wal-mart headquarters in Bentonville, AR. She was an accomplished artist, but her greatest loves were Jesus Christ, her husband Justin, and her family.
Survivors include her husband Justin M. Jackson of Fayetteville, AR; father John H. Koons and his wife Joy of Dallas, TX; mother Casey Cogburn and her husband John of Grapevine, TX; her older sister Shannon Delcambre, and Shannon’s husband Jonathan, and their sons, Christopher, Jackson and Sutton; her younger sister Allie Koons; her younger brother Johnny Koons and her grandmother, uncles, aunts, cousins and extended family. She was preceded in death by her grandfather Don Hagemann, and her grandfather and grandmother Judge and Helen Koons.
A Memorial Service will be at 2:00 pm Saturday, December 15 at Northwest Bible Church, 8505 Douglas Ave., Dallas, TX 75225. A private family burial will be at Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery in Dallas.
