LaTrease Wheeler was born in Dallas, Texas, on July 28, 1975, to the beautiful union of Alexander Wheeler II and Diana Jackson Wheeler. The family resided in Dallas, Texas, where she received her education from both Dallas and Wilmer Hutchins Independent School Districts. She accepted Christ at an early at Wheatley Church of God In Christ. She later joined The Purpose Church under the leadership of Pastor David Turner which she faithfully attended until her death. LaTrease was greeted at heaven’s gates by her loving grandparents, LD Dabney Sr., Alexander Wheeler Sr. (Margie Faye) and William Jackson. She leaves to cherish her memories: daughter, LaDeasha Wheeler; son, Malcolm Allen; her loving mother, Diana Jackson Wheeler; father, Alexander Wheeler II (Genette); grandmother, Flora Dabney; sister, Victoria Wheeler; brother, Alexander Wheeler III (Annie), all of Dallas, Texas; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many, many friends.
