Linda Ward Ambrose passed away on January 18, 2025, at the age of 78. Born on April 24, 1946, in Wortham, Texas, Linda was a incredible person who lived a remarkable life filled with dedication to her family, friends, and career.
A graduate of the University of Texas and a proud Longhorn, she entered the fashion industry and was a passionate fashionista and businesswoman her entire life. She was interested in all facets of the business world.
Linda was an avid traveler for business and pleasure, and she especially loved New York City, Santa Fe and Paris. She was a talented gardener and a voracious reader.
Linda is survived by her brother, Mack Mullins, family members Michelle and Doug Allen, numerous cousins and friends who will miss her deeply.
Linda’s kindness and generosity left an indelible mark on everyone she met. Admired for her intellect and grace, she was also appreciated for her sharp wit and sense of humor.
