Linda Gayle Bell

Linda was born in Jonesboro, Louisiana and grew up in the Mount Olive Community of Grambling, Louisiana. Linda joined Mount Olive Baptist Church of Grambling at an early age and accepted God into her life. Following her graduation from Grambling High School with the Class of 1977, she continued her education at Grambling State University. Earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration in 1981, Linda was well equipped for the workforce. She relocated to Mesquite, TX after graduation and had an exceptional career in Hospital Purchasing and Acquisition. Linda worked for University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas Texas for nearly 30 years. Linda had a son, Staff Sergeant Johnathan Stanley Jerome Bell, and sister, Hazel Jeanette Watkins who both proceeded her in death.

The time came for Linda’s final sleep on March 17, 2021, ending her pain and starting her eternal rest with the Lord.
