Linda Diane Dixon

Linda Diane Dixon, age 76, was born in Dallas Texas on October 3rd, 1949, to parents Vernon Howard and Billie Jean Speer. She was a loving Daughter, Mother, Sister, Aunt, Grandmother, and Great Grandmother. Linda was a caretaker her whole life to her children, grandchildren, and many more. She was welcomed home on February 16th, 2026, and is now rejoicing in heaven with her parents Vernon Howard and Billie Jean Speer along with son Matthew Vernon Dixon. She is survived by her Daughter Angela Ann Dixon-Newsome spouse Jay, Sister Debra Sue Woodard spouse Stephen, Grandchildren Jessica Smith spouse Jacob, Aaron Newsome, Matthew Dixon, Jagger Dixon spouse Heather, Alyssa Dixon, Niece Holly Martinez spouse Jason, and their children Ashton and Alexis, Nephew Thomas Woodard spouse Tina and their children Rylee and Rhys. Linda was a Great Grandmother to 5 children Everly Ann Rose Smith, Reid Don Newsome, Jacob Nolan Smith, Gage Leigh Newsome, and Jett Russell Smith and honorary family members Kasey Dixon-Solis and Lacey Trevino.

Services will be held on February 23rd, 2026, at Laurel Land Funeral Home address 6300 I-35 Frontage Rd, Dallas, TX, 75232 at 2:00pm. Visitation will begin two hours before the service.
