Linda Pierce passed away February 4, 2018 in Mesquite, Texas surrounded by family. She was born April 28, 1947 in Dallas, Texas to Arnie and Lorene Reif. Linda attended W.W. Samuell High School and received her Associates Degree in Accounting from Eastfield College and then began her career in banking. She was a member of Friendship Baptist church and enjoyed gardening, blowing bubbles with her grandson and hanging out with her “fur”iends and puppies in the dog yard. Linda is preceded in death by her husband, Grady Pierce and parents, Buddy and Lorene Reif. She is survived by her daughter, Lisa White and husband, Troy White; grandchildren, Kayla and Katelyn White and Chris Downing and extended family, Joshua Boykin, John and Sharon White, Abi Weisbrod and Shirley Jones. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 7, 2018 from 6:00 to 8:00pm at Grove Hill Funeral Home. A Graveside Service will be held Thursday, February 8, 2018 at 10:00am at Grove Hill Memorial Park.
