Lois Roberts Kittrell passed away on February 5, 2018 at the age of 91. Lois was born in Coffeeville, AL on January 8, 1927. She grew up in the Mobile area and moved to Dallas in the early 1950’s with her family. Before living with her daughter the past few years, she enjoyed her home in Heath, TX for 45 years. She retired from Sears & Roebuck in 1994 after working 34 years in commercial credit and collections. Lois always enjoyed life and loved to travel. Although she had suffered a stroke with resulting aphasia, Lois found ways to express her sense of humor and joy for life and never lost her wonderful, infectious laugh. She was preceded in death by her son, Steven W. Kittrell and previous husband William E. Kittrell. She is survived by her loving daughter Deborah Frame and many longtime friends and extended family, including her very special longtime friend Chris Hill.
Memorial Services will be at Sparkman Hillcrest, 7405 W. Northwest Hwy, Dallas, TX 75225, on Saturday, February 10, at 12 noon, with visitation from 10:30 to 11:30 before the service. Memorials may be made to American Stroke Association, PO Box 841125, Dallas TX 75284-1125 or online at heart.org.
