Louise Musgrave, beloved wife and mother went home to be with her Lord and Savior on August 6, 2011 at the age of 94. Born and raised in Evansville, Indiana, Louise was active in music and sports and became an accomplished musician and music director while also playing semi-pro softball. She married her husband Paul in 1936. They settled in Dallas in 1966 where they owned Musgrave Hearing Aid Centers for over 20 years. Following Paul’s death in 1979 after forty-five years of marriage, Louise worked as a legal assistant for thirty years. Louise retired from the legal profession in 2009 and remained active in ministry at Lavon Drive Baptist Church. She is survived by her only daughter Pat and many friends and extended family. Visitation will be at Sparkman / Hillcrest in Dallas on Tuesday (8/9) from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be on Wednesday (8/10) at Lavon Drive Baptist Church in Garland at 10:00 a.m. followed by a graveside service at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
