Lucille Mentesana Yarbrough

Lucille Mentesana Yarbrough. Born in Dallas on February 4, 1922 to Paul and Rosa Mentesana, died June 20, 2013 in Tyler, Texas. She is preceded in death by her husband, John W. Yarbrough; sisters, Josephine and Frances Mentesana and Virginia LaBarba. Survivors include: son, John Yarbrough and wife Pat; grandchildren, Kelly Patino (Ivan), David Yarbrough (Alicia); and great-grandchildren. Lucille was a member and past Regent of the Catholic Daughters of the Americas, Court Mary Immaculate 1719, and a member of St. Pius X, St. Bernard of Clairvaux and St. Thomas Aquinas parishes. Lucille was a graduate of North Dallas High School and the St. Paul School of Nursing. Her nursing career included employment with hospitals and clinics, and she retired from Sears Roebuck as an industrial nurse. The family will receive friends, Tuesday, June 25, 2013, 6:00 until 8:00 pm, with a Rosary to begin at 7:00 pm, Sparkman/Crane Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Mass will be held, 12:00 noon, Wednesday, Calvary Hill Mausoleum North Chapel.
