Mr. Luis C. Flores was born in Sabinas Hidalgo Nuevo Leon, Mexico on April 25, 1919. He passed away in his home surrounded by his children on the early morning of April 25, 2015. He was married to Linda Flores for 60 years who passed away in May 2005. Mr. Flores retired from the City of Dallas after 35 years; 30 of those years were as a Foreman for the City of Dallas. Mr. Flores loved his family and was very proud of them. He always loved taking pictures with family and wearing suits as he wanted to leave those memories for his children. He loved taking his children fishing at White Rock Lake where he had a special spot that his family sat around and enjoyed life. He loved to be active and work outdoors and fixing things around the house. He took pride in teaching his sons all that he knew. Mr. Luis C. Flores is survived by his Family: Luis Flores Jr, Victor Flores, Roberto Flores, Gloria Flores de Roman, Marti Guillen and Mario Flores, 13 grand-children and 23 great-great-grand children.
