Madora was born in Galveston on February 10, 1930, to Clyde Sr. and Ethyl Faye Bull, and raised in Houston.
She married the love of her life, Albert Ray Hilton Jr, on August 31, 1951, in Houston. They raised two daughters, Gail and Pam, and two sons, Ray III and Mark.
In 1977, Ray and Madora founded Amorphous Materials, a business still successfully running today. She had a life-long passion for making jewelry, which she did successfully with her business ‘Jewelry By Madora’.
Madora had a great love of music, she loved to sing, and played the piano and the accordion by ear. She had a steadfast faith from a very young age, writing a hymn called ‘Love From Above’ in 1997. She authored 13 prayer books, and two children’s books, always giving His words away to those in need.
She was a cherished wife, mother and friend who had a generous and bright spirit, dedicating her life to her family and loving relationships.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Ray, her Mother Ethyl Faye and Father Clyde Sr., her brothers Clyde Jr. and Donald, and her sons-in-law Kenneth Klein and Phil Hanna.
She is survived by daughters Gail Hanna and Pamela Klein, sons Ray III and wife Terri, Mark Hilton, and wife Karen, 12 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and numerous adored nieces, nephews and cousins.
A visitation will be held at Sparkman/Hillcrest Funeral Home in Dallas, TX, on Monday, September 28, 2020, from 4:00-6:00pm. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th, 2020, at approximately 2:45 PM.
