Manuel was born in Dallas, Texas on September 11, 1993 and entered into rest in Dallas, Texas on August 18, 2014. Manuel was the most amazing and talented young man. He will be loved and missed. His smiling face, laugh and jokes will forever echo in our lives.

Manuel is survived by his parents, Johnny and Sonia Martinez of Kaufman, Texas; father Manuel L. Rios, Jr.; grandparents, Mary Anne and Ramone Meza of Dallas, Texas; grandfather, Jesse E. Richards of Peeltown, Texas; grandfather, Manuel L. Rios, Sr. of Mesquite, Texas; sisters, Alexandra Martinez, Mariah Martinez, and Melissa Martinez; aunts and uncles, Mary and Bobby Rangel, Josh and Carrie Richards, Robert and Shannon Martinez, Amanda and Kevin Frain, and Jesse E. Richards, III, Deborah Torres, Alisa Rankin, Stacie Biles, Gregg Rios and Paul Rios; cousins, Christina, David, Julia, Mark, Melissa, Lauryn, Noah, Caleb, Seth, Isaiah, Eva, Astyn, Avery, Addison, Ainslee and numerous other cousins of the Martinez and Rios Families. He is preceded in death by grandmother, Janie O. Richards; Nana, Arcilla R. Richards; Grandmother Barbara Rios.

The family will receive friends during a visitation on Saturday, August 23, 2014 at the Calvary Hill Funeral Home Chapel from 4:30-8:00 p.m.
