Margaret was born in Albany, New York on September 13, 1931. Married to Herman Krause on April 19, 1951, they were married for 60 years before Herman’s passing.
Margaret enjoyed and was actively involved in raising her six children. She assisted with Dad’s business, loved shopping, ice skating and traveling in their trailer. Margaret was an accomplished seamstress and famous for her homemade apple pie. Mom and Dad enjoyed doing their own remodeling in their homes.
Margaret was preceded in death by her husband Herman, son Michael, her great granddaughter Cora Ann, her parents Loretta and Harry Schell and brother James Schell.
Survived by her children Bill and wife Rose Krause, Lynda and her husband Mike, Daughter-in-law Kim Krause, Sharon Atkins, Andy and wife Joni Krause and Robert and wife Rachelle Krause. She was blessed with 15 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren and brother Bill and wife Margaret Schell and sister-in-law Mary Petrasic.
Services will be held on October 10, 2022, at 10:00 am Calvary Hill North Chapel 3235 Lombardy Lane, Dallas, Texas 75220. Committal to follow.
