Margaret Jones McBride, 94, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 04, 2014 in Fort Worth, TX. Born in Dallas on August 16, 1919, Margaret was the daughter of William G. (Billy) and Florence Flagg Jones and the sister of Bill, Jr. She was an original parish member of Saint Cecilia Catholic Church and also a member of their Council of Catholic Women. Margaret (Mimi) was a sweet and gentle woman who will be missed by her family and others that knew and loved her.
Visitation: 2:00 pm followed by a Rosary and Funeral Mass at 2:30 pm on Saturday, February 08, 2014 at Calvary Hill North Chapel. She will be laid to rest next to her parents at Calvary Hill Cemetery, 3235 Lombardy Ln. Dallas, TX 75220
She is survived by her son, Andy; grandson, Mike (Katherine); great-grandchildren, Drew (Mandy), Aaron, Anthony (Johnele), Allison, Matthew, and Melanie; great-great grandchildren, Blake, Noelle, and Cannon.
Memorials may be made to a charity of choice.
