After a long night celebrating our cousins wedding, my husband, kids and I had no where to go. We went to my Nina’s were she quickly made a tendido for us. We laid down in our party clothes to finally get some rest when she suddenly broke into laughter. “You were like Maia and Jose looking for somewhere to sleep!” We laughed and laughed tried to go to sleep and laughed some more. Thank you my beautiful Nina for all the love and comfort you whole heartedly gave us. Your presence will always be missed. I LOVE YOU MY BEAUTIFUL NINA ❤️

Getting told “Mija, you have a boyfriend?” is one of my favorite millions of memories I have with the best grandmother ever! A memory I’ll never forget, and I think about it every single day, is sleeping over almost every night and hearing her wake up at around 5am with her loud alarm clock blasting her radio, doing her make up and cooking pancakes and avena. Oh man, that never got old. I never got a chance to meet my grandpa, but I hope you’re telling him all about me and catching up with everyone in heaven. I know how much you wanted to be with them, because you’d always tell me. It’s not a goodbye, but see you later Mague. La quiero mucho con todo mi corazón. Y siempre voy a cuidar a Nano. Ya se que era su bebe. La queremos mucho para siempre mi Angelito🤍🕊🌼

Mague,que puedo decir.......?
❤️ MUJER EXCEPCIONAL ❤️

It's hard to fathom this world without Mague! Her doors day/night were always open to family and friends...One of the biggest hearts created by God! She always knew how to make everyone feel important. Her children/grand children/ great grandkids were her biggest prize of life! She is so proud of all of them...all of her family!
Best memory is playing in the rain with her on Thurston. I see rain, see a small puddle or smell of fresh rain; she comes into my head and I smile!
Thank you always Mague!
Please give our family members and my Robert Velez a hug and kiss. Tell them we miss and love them!!
Always Cabi

Mague, my cousin but due to our age difference, I saw her as my Tia. She'd call me "la güerita" or "la niñita de Chon". I can still hear her voice and her laugh...always funny but feisty too!! It runs in our blood! ❤️ RIP Mague. We will miss you. I know you are happier now with Guelita, Guelito, Chonito (mi papito), Neri, Ñeco, Chela and everyone else who is now greeting you in heaven. 🙏 Love you prima😘
