It's been a year and a day since we laid you down to rest. We all miss you and feel the change without you. Our hearts morn for the beautiful being that you were and our souls such for yours for comfort. Oh how things change.

I miss you wela. I was going through some old pictures and stopped at yours. The pictures of you smiling and then some of you suffering when things got worse. It still hurts and I know it always will. I remember you going to your parents grave site and taking them beautiful flowers and talking to them. I know now what you were experiencing. After you passed I pushed myself away from a lot of people because I felt like I couldn't explain the pain I had felt or I just couldn't talk about it to others. I don't know how to be the way I was before your death. I don't feel like the same person anymore and I don't think I'll ever feel that way. Welo misses you a lot of course you were his everything. You always will be. I think him and Eddie are going to the fair together today and bond. I hope he has a good time. We miss you a lot and will always love you the same as before you left us. Love just doesn't go away. I can't wait to see you or hear your voice again. Love you

It's been longer than it should ever be. I miss you wela, I miss you and I miss Tessa too. Next year I go off to college and I still don't know what to do with myself. I'm still going through confusing times in my life and I'm still trying to find myself. I feel like I find a missing piece to my puzzle but put it in the wrong place. Its a never ending one with me. Pain never goes away and boy have i learned that. They say time heals all wounds that may be true but the memory of the pain you felt when got the wound will never disappear. Its forever embedded in your memory. We can try to run away from what we feel but it will always catch up to us. I hope heaven is as amazing and peaceful as they say it is because you deserve luxury wela. You went through so much down here I don't know how you did it. All the pain you were in wela, I'm so sorry. I'm incredibly sorry and I know I couldn't do much to help with the pain but if someone asked me what i regret the most it would be not taking care of you like you took care of me and not being there enough. I'll always hold on to your last "I love you" two days before you passed. I don't think ill ever be as strong as you. I hope to be as kind as you were and as patient because lord know i have no patience. I miss your hugs and your laugh the most. I miss watching dirty dancing with you and grease. I miss staying at your house and playing sick so i wouldn't have to go to school. I miss your morning coffee. I miss seeing you crochet or working on your crafts. I miss thrift shopping with you. I miss your roses and i miss laying in your room with you and just relaxing. I miss our Elvis trip. I wish i could time travel and go visit you whenever i wanted. I wish i could just deal with things better but i can't. I love you wela and i miss you more than you would ever imagine. I wish i had you here. I miss you so much wela. This past week has been hard . I had to put Tessa down and she was like my baby. I feel like I'm just loosing everything even myself sometimes. We were going through your clothes and wow just the smell of you brought tears. Hugging your clothes and smelling you is almost like hugging you minus the feeling of you hugging back. I just want to give up wela I'm tired of feeling this way . I want to go on vacation and be with the people I love. I don't want to be in these situations and feel like this. I wish things were better already but I don't know when it will ever get better. I love you wela and I can't wait to be with you again.

Hey wela , it's my birthday . It's my first birthday without you here and boy it isn't easy. I can't go an hour without thinking about you. I keep telling myself to not cry but it's pretty hard. I know I should be thankful to have lived another year but I honestly rather be with you. Nothing on earth would make me as happy as being able to be with you. I'm going through a funk and its hard to come out of it. I only want to do what makes me feel some type of happiness but I know it will take me no where in life. I just want to be happy again. I don't know what to do anymore. I wish I could hear your voice on this day and I wish I could have a birthday hug . I wish you were here to sing happy birthday because I can remember how you'd sing it. I want to watch dirty dancing with you on my birthday. I want to laugh with you and I want to cook with you. Dear Mom, 
  I know you would be so proud of me right now. I have my own place. Been there for about 2 going on 3 months now. Im working, have a life, trying to deal with life and staying strong. Im going to be needing surgery soon on my gallbladder. They say I have stones. Its been different and weird these pass few years. Seeing you alive and slowly watching you wither away depressed all of us but we knew how strong you were, we knew how noble you were, and we knew that no matter what you were going to keep on till you couldn't anymore. You my Grandmother have instilled in us the knowledge and morals that kept you alive and made us the people that we are. My mom, she is just like you. Whenever I am speaking to her, I can hear you vice in the back of my head. Till this day, I still hear your laugh, you chuckles and sneezes too. I know you are in a better place but I can not help but to miss the woman that took care of me as a child. My after school daycare teacher. My Grandmother.Till we meet again Mom. I love you.

Hey wela , I miss you so much & so does Welo . Nothing is the same . Everything has changed , even us. I don't know what I'm going through right now . Just a little bit of everything . I hope I find my way out of this hole . I'm failing classes , I'm trying to work out more problems than the ones I'm given . I felt as if I was going to have a heat attack yesterday, I've been drinking am excessive amount of energy drinks and it's addicting. I don't want to stop , the energy it gives me makes me bubbly and I haven't seen that sam in a while. Hopefully what I'm doing will pay off and I'll see her again . Hey Wela I miss you and I wish you were here to help me in what I'm going trough. I still have these moments where I feel lost , where I want to cry where I just want to run back into what I used to feel secure in but I know it's not the right thing to do. I know I shouldn't feel that way but I can't stop feeling it. I want to just run back but I know I'm not wanted in that old place. It's hard wela it truly is. I still feel hurt at times and I still feel pain and frustrated at everything that's happened . I don't know what to do to keep me going further and further from that secure feeling . I need to find a new place and it's not that easy . I want to feel pure happiness again and just melt away in it. I know there is things I should do but I guess pushing myself to do it is what gets me the most . I love you wela and I miss you . I can't wait to hug you again and feel that happiness .

Hey Wela we took Welo out . We are in San Antonio visioning Tio David. He's having a good time , eating a lot and laughes a bit more than before. We miss you so so much wela. I truly wish you could be here with us and travel with us. The hotel isn't the best but we have to sleep somewhere. Tomorrow we are taking Welo to the car show then going back home. My heart doesn't hurt as much as it did before. Ive come to understand how things don't always happen the way you want them to. Wela my heart hurts so much. I don't know how to make this pain go away. The person I thought I would be with forever gave up on us. It hurts so much wela and I wish I knew just some way to get rid of this feeling forever. I know things will get better but it's at its worst right now and it's killing me. I just want to give up so badly . I miss you so much wela and I love you.

I went to visit you yesterday wela at your grave. It was Valentine's Day and I took you a balloon. It was really hard on Welo but we are helping him in every way we can. I've been feeling down for a while now Wela and I don't know how to control my feelings yet. I've been sleeping a lot and eating less. I wish you were here. I wish I could reverse time . I wish none of this ever happened and we were back to 2004 . I miss you so much and I love you more .

Hey wela (: I miss you so much. I spent the night at your house yesterday. I was different not seeing you. It's cold in there Wela. I don't feel your presence. I really could use your hug right now wela. I still need you. I wish I could hear , smell and just see you all over again. I finished my painting for you wela. Everyone loves it and it's beautiful. It's has both of our favorite colors and a praying angel. It tools me a while to complete it but I did it . Hey wela today we celebrated my moms birthday at your house. It got super packed like always and Welo planned it all. We ate Pollo Regio and a nice white cake with whipped cream. The only thing we were missing was you. I wish you could of been there to see it. The guys were watching tv and the girls were gossiping. Times are hard and we really miss you. I'm trying hard in school and I plan to keep on going. You've taught us all to keep on going even when we dont feel 100%. Hey wela , I still miss you tons , I still can picture you smiling and your laugh. I can still smell your coffee you made every morning. Wela last night you came into my dreams and cracked a few jokes. I got to see you again and this morning I smelt your favorite perfume . I knew it was the one you wore. Right when I took a sniff , it was you. I looked around for you , I know that's weird but I  guess I felt like if I could smell you close , you were close. I miss you wela and I'll always remember you as the beautiful and intelligent woman you are. We are all still having a tough time realizing you aren't here on earth with us. It all still feels like a dream. Oh if only it was. If only I could travel back into time and give you the biggest hug ever. If only I could taste the coffee you always made in the morning. If only I could sit next to you again while you taught me how to crochet. I love you wela and I know you love me too.

Wela it's my second message and I just wanted to let you know I'll never forget this page and I'll write as I'm writing to you. I miss you so much wela it hurts to think about it. I love you and I know you love me too. Things are tough but I know with you watching us , you'll help us feel better. Everything is still fresh, like a fresh wound. In time it will heal but we will always have a scar to remind us of that hurt and pain.

Hello all, I remember my Tia as a little girl. Always surrounded by her family with love and laughter.  She will be missed by many.

I love and miss my wela so much. I never knew there could be so many different types of love and pain out in the world until I felt this. My grandma is one of the most beautiful woman I've ever seen. She is the woman I look up to. She is strong, she is loving , caring , patient, and my guidance to becoming the best woman I can be. I remember her always saying "if you don't have anything nice to say then don't say nothing at all". She always knew what to say and gave her wisdom. She's a beautiful angel now and I know she is guarding our family. Just like how she would down on earth, she is going to do whatever she can to protect us while in heaven.

Tia you will be truly missed... We all know you are in a better place... With grandma, grandpa, tios, and my dad...May you all rest in peace... Love and miss you all so much...

My loving Grandmother was the best. When times got hard, her and my Grandfather were there. When a family member got sick, she would make soup for them and made sure they were alright. When someone visited her, she would always offer them something to drink and eat. Her hospitality was keen. Her loving heart could warm any soul who came in contact with her, and with arms wide open she would comfort them. She was a wonderful wife to my Grandfather, always made sure he had something to eat, clothes to ware and a clean house to come home to. She was an excellent mother to her my Mother, Uncles and Aunt. She raised all of them to respect each other, love everyone and instilled good morals on how to deal with life. As for us Grandchildren, she went over and beyond. She retired her work life to help raise us. We all saw her as our mom. Our morning and afternoons after school were filled with her cooking, drinking coffee, and helping her clean while playing. My whole childhood is owed to this magnificent woman and I am greatly honored to have had her for so long. She died before I could turn 24 but she is still with me in mind, body and soul. Mom you will be missed but I know you are no longer suffering.- Love, your grandson.

My grandma was a very beautiful, kind, and loving woman. Although I miss her so much, I take comfort in knowing she is in heaven no longer suffering and knowing I will see her again. I love you Wela.

Inez My Aunt and Godmother. She was always a Loving, Caring, and giving person. Always a smile. She gave so much of herself to our family. She will always be in our hearts. My deepest condolence to the family. My prayers are with the family. RIP Tia...

Tia Inez will be truly missed. Knowing she is not suffering any more and is in heaven  with are lord and savior makes me happy. I love you Tia.

Our condolences to the Arredondo family on the passing of Sister Inez. We know that it's hard to bear right now, but remember that death is only the end of the physical life and the beginning of an eternal life with Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour. Inez was the best mother-in-law that God could have send for me to have and Jesse, father-in-law. I can't thank them so much for all that both of them for me, Pat and family, she was what a Christian woman is suppose to be always giving, helping, and praying for others.  She will be greatly missed by all. I know I will miss hearing her very much. We know she is with The Lord.
