Rosary and visitation will be Thursday, March 16, 2017 from 5:00-9:00pm at Calvary Hill Funeral Home & Cemetery.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm Friday, March 17, 2017 at St. Monica Catholic Church on Walnut Hill Lane in Dallas, Texas. Burial will follow at Calvary Hill Cemetery. Arrangements are by Calvary Hill Funeral Home.

Maria "Naty" was born in La Joyita, Guanajuato, Mexico, to Ezequiel Villafaña and Maria Dolores Rivera on December 5, 1939 She married Pedro B. Caballero on September 1, 1957 in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico. She worked as a full time mother and caregiver for the elderly of her community. Her life was her familia.

Maria "Naty" is preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Pedro B. Caballero.

Maria "Naty" is survived by her brothers: Vicente, Martin, and Rafael Villafaña, children and spouses: Pedro Alberto Caballero, Maria Nelly and Dr. Ernesto Riedel, Elizabeth "Betty" Caballero, Josephine "Josie" Caballero, Ricardo "Ricky" and Gracie Caballero, Beatriz "Kinina" Caballero, Dolores "Lolys" Caballero, and Miguel Angel "Maico" Caballero and Patricia Caballero, grandchildren and great-grandchildren: Monica Anaya, Dr. Nix Riedel, Dr. Kurt Riedel, Vanessa Ferrusca, Ricardo Caballero Jr., Karen Riedel, Beatriz Riedel, Robert Garza, Victoria Ferrusca, Bianca Caballero, Michael Caballero, Marisa Garza, Isabella Caballero, Pedro Angel Caballero, Cecilia Anaya, Christine Anaya, Corina Anaya, Christian Anaya, Talia Ramirez, Alexia Ramirez, Carlos Ramirez, Kurt Riedel Jr., Axel Riedel, and many, many members of the Caballero-Villafaña families.

Pallbearers will be Miguel Caballero, Ricardo Caballero Jr., Robert Garza, Michael Caballero, and Christian Anaya.
