The Heavens were opened on Monday, August 31, 2026 for Maria Gutierrez. A beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was born in Vista Hermosa, Michoacán, México on July 7, 1936 and lived most of her life in Dallas, Texas.
She is preceded in death by her husband Jose Paniagua Gutierrez; parents Manuel and Rosalia Morales; brother Javier Morales
She is survived by her sons- Sergio Gutierrez and Fernando Gutierrez; daughters- Deborah Rodriguez and Christine Murillo, sons in law Reynaldo Rodriguez and German Murillo; daughters in law Mary Gutierrez and Angelica Gutierrez, 10 grandchildren (Victoria, Jeremy, Ashley, German, Raelissa, Andrew, Christopher, Vanessa, Marissa and Diego) and 14 great-grandchildren (Cameron, Madison, Brandon, Alexis, Sophia Raye, Adelynn, Sebastian, Ace, Melody, Angelo, Olivia, Sophia, Alianna, Nathanael). She is also survived by her brothers Manuel and Francisco and sisters Teresa, Leticia, Guadalupe and Berta.
Maria dedicated her life to Jesus Christ and her family. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, knitting and shopping. She will truly be missed but NEVER forgotten.
