

Melida Rosenzweig, born on May 16, 1951, in San Luis Potosí, Mexico, passed away peacefully on August 6, 2024. Her family remembers her as a remarkably entrepreneurial woman who had a deep love for animals and an unwavering commitment to supporting her family.
Melida is survived by her devoted husband, Luis Salazar Rosenzweig. Her legacy continues through her daughters: Xylia Rosenzweig and her life partner, Jason Day, and Nancy Morales; her husband, Albert Morales, and their children, Danesia Morales, Naudia Morales, and Noah Morales. She also leaves behind two cherished great-grandchildren, Zaydin Orozco and Zhide Orozco, with whom she had a loving relationship and a strong desire to provide for and nurture. Melida was preceded in death by her father, Juan Espinoza Puente, and her loving mother, Maria Getrudiz Castillo, VDA. De Espinoza. Her parents instilled in her the values of hard work and compassion, which she carried throughout her life.
Melida's memory will forever live on in the hearts of her family and all who knew her. Her loving spirit, strong affinity for all animals, and her kind disposition, great compassion for all creatures, and steadfast support for her loved ones will be deeply missed. Her impact on her family will be felt for generations to come, as she leaves behind a legacy of love, dedication, and perseverance.
