Marilyn Claire Maack 82 of Gun Barrel City, Texas passed away Tuesday, May 17, 2011 surrounded by her family. Marilyn was born in New Orleans, Louisiana on June 7, 1928 to Claude Marcel Demarest and Lucie Antoinette Olivier Demarest who preceded her in death. She is survived by daughters, Judi Audrey, Annette Bevill and Leslie Maack-Payne; two brothers, Thomas Demarest and Richard Demarest; sister, Dorothy LaDue; grandchildren, Courtney Carter, Kyle Dyslin and Alexandra Bevill; great-grandchildren, Colton & Caleb and let’s not forget “Jake”. Visitation will be held Friday, May 20, 2011 at Calvary Hill Funeral Home from 11:00 am until 12:45 pm. Funeral Mass will follow at 1:00 pm in the North Mausoleum Chapel at Calvary Hill Cemetery.
