She was born in Boise, Idaho on January 1, 1936 and graduated from Boise High School.
Marjorie was married to William Denton III on August 14, 1955.
She had a career in School Administration for the Dallas Independent School District.
Marjorie is survived by her children, Shannon Denton (Doug), Thomas Allen Denton and Dennis Denton (Diedra); grandchildren, William, Matthew, Lauren and Garrett. She is predeceased by her sister, Barbara.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, March 30, 2024, at the Memorial Auditorium located at the Christian Care Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, 1000 Wiggins Parkway, Mesquite, TX 75150
