She married her husband, J.C. Bost in 1948, who proceeded her death in 2014. They were married for 66 years.
She is survived by her sister, Virginia, children Sandi Thomas and husband Ricky, Linda Johnston and husband John, Lisa Murphy and husband John, grandchildren Brandi Roland and husband Dana, Hillary Dugas and husband Richard, Chris Kirk and wife Liz, Chase Johnston and wife Hillary, Callie Johnston, and Taylor Johnston and husband Tony, and great-grandchildren Connor, Kenzie, Kolby, Kaylee, Jaxon, and Sam.
She enjoyed spending time with her family and her two cats, Mia and Charlie.
