My beautiful grandmother.

Words cannot express what a phenomenal woman you were and are now beside the Lord. Although I wasn't your biological granddaughter, you took me in and loved me the same. Through your life, you taught me what it was to love selflessly and unconditionally. As my cousin stated before, you had a heart of gold and your love radiated through all of us. You were always smiling and made it your duty to ensure those around you knew what a blessing life was and to appreciate everything, from the little things to the big things. You will forever be missed, but you live on through each and every one of us. Your memory will never be forgotten. Your friends and family continue to spread your legacy all over town and share what a wonderful, kind, genuine, and loving woman you were. I love you.

My beautiful smurf you are now with the angel watching over all of us. We were all blessed to have been raised by such a beautiful strong soul! you left your mark on earth and you will never be forgotten. Res in Peace my smurf.

Everyone who knew you, knew you were a special soul on this earth. You always had a beautiful smile,and an energy that could light up the entire room as soon as you walked in. You meant the world to me and so much more, because you were like my second mother. You helped my mom shape me into the woman I am becoming. I am so proud to have been your grandaughter. You of all my family were the only one to believe in me and to push me towards my goals when everyone else only saw a normal person. You knew different and you taught me from a young age that i was different and i had the potential to be someone great. When i was younger and i would sleep next to you and grampa I remember your soft good night hugs and kisses. When I wouldn't stop playing sports with the boys and I cut my foot you nursed me back to health. I confided in you with everything. Every dream and every thought. Before I bought my house or accepted a job offer it was you who i would run too for approval. I still remember the day you attended my HS and college graduation, the smile that beemed off you was like no other, I knew you were proud. You said you were proud of me and that you loved how i took care of my mother, you said i should never leave my mom alone because I am all she had. It's only been 20 days and i am still angry. I know you are in a better place and I know you are free of pain. EIther way at this moment I just want to be selfish and have you here next to me, there is so much left for me and I still need your approval. 
It is so different not being able to have our usual lunch dates or me not seeing you veryday after work. Seeing you at 5pm everyday after work was the highlight of my day. Even at my saddest moments you where the only one to cheer me up. It's so hard not being able to do our special handshake or me making you do crazy things for videos and pictures. You would never say no to my crazy ideas just to make me smile. You would let me tickle you, and film you eating sour candy, you would let me race up and down in your room with your wheel chair and joke around with me. The nights that i would take care of you and put you to bed where the ones i specially treasure because for a few hours i had you all to myself. I would hear you read your prayer book and how you prayed for everyone. YOU LOVED EVERYONE so much! you had a heart of gold. When i told you i was going to medical school your face lit up and said"that's good mija. I'm happy for you." and you gave me a kiss. I miss you everyday so much because you were such a big part of my life. I do not know how to recover all i know is how to stay busy and not think. I cannot think of the memories because tears instatly flow. I miss you smurf - I miss you so much! Rest in Piece my love and one day we will be able to hug,and do our special hand shake again. Please take care of my aunts and my mom from heaven. Lord knows just like me they need you to be their angel. I LOVE YOU SO MUCH SMURF! my heart can never heal from this.

My Grandmothers passing has affected us so deeply that it almost feels so impossible to bear. What I will remember now, is all your words of wisdom that you have taught me over the years. I will remember the amazing woman who demonstrated love, compassion, and advice to others. You will forever be me in my heart and my prayers.

God looked around His garden

He saw the road was getting rough

So He closed your weary eyelids

Grandma,

It's still very hard to believe you're gone, but I know you are happy where you are now.

The greatest reward in life is knowing you, and nothing in the world could ever replace one second of the time I was lucky enough to spend with you. I love you now and always.

In memory of a dear Grandma,

It's always sad but comforting to silently recall your smile and dear familiar face so loved by one and all.

For the world may keep turning and changed from day to day, but precious memories of you will never fade away.

And here's hoping that this message, which carries so much love, will somehow find its way to you in heaven up above.
