Mary Leta Dunham

Mary Leta Dunham was born on August 23, 1933 in Dallas, Texas to Thomas Uriah and Mary Wilma Anderson. She is preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, James Melvin Dunham, her parents and five siblings. Mary passed away on April 26, 2020 surrounded by her family.

Mary was a devoted and loving wife, mother and grandmother. She loved gardening, shopping, crafting, crossword puzzles, bird watching and being mommy to her loyal fur-baby, Toby. She enjoyed playing the piano and singing; she could always be heard humming a tune. Her backyard was a magical place and provided many sweet memories for all her kids.

Mary is survived by her children, Rhonda Watson, Glenda Sasser, Jimmy Dunham, Mary Jan Dunham and Kelley Brough; her twelve grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. Our mother had such a loving and kind heart, she will be missed by us all. We love you Mama.
