Micaelo served his country proudly, during the Vietnam war, in the US Army as a Sargent. He married Gloria in 1965 and couple had 4 children.
In his spare time he enjoyed watching the Dallas Cowboys and spending time with his family. He enjoyed gardening and his lottery tickers. He was also a devout man that prayed the rosary every day. His family and friends will always remember him as a God fearing Man. Also he was a very opiniated person but was always reliable and helpful to anyone in need.
He is preceded in death by Micaelo Vega Sr & Cristina Vega, Delores Manines and Vicki Maciel. He is survived by his Loving Wife, Gloria Vega; Son, Micaelo Rene Vega III; Daughters, Irene Morales, Andrea Jaime, Nancy Urieta; thirteen grandchildren, Twelve Great-Grandchildren; Brothers, Lencho, Jesse, Edward, Victor, Larry & Blas; Sisters, Teodroa Constancio & Cristina Silva.
Micaelo was a Vietnam Veteran, A member of the Knights of Columbus and an usher at the Cathedral Shrine of the Virgin Guadalupe. Rest in Peace, Micaelo Vega Jr.!
