Nicholas W. Pelino, age 59, of Dallas, Texas passed away on Sunday September 23, 2018. Nicholas was born June 4, 1959 in New Kensington, Pennsylvania to Shirley Malee Plasynski and Nicholas C. Pelino. He attended Plum High School. Nick was an owner/operator of outdoor amusement equipment. He was involved in many organizations and activities, such as, OABA, SLA Gibtown Showmen's Association and a NAARSO/Level II Inspector. At an early age, Nick's love for Rock and Roll music developed into him becoming an avid drummer and a Harley Davidson enthusiast. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, son, brother and a friend, who enjoyed spending time with his family and friends in Dallas and Pennsylvania. Nick was a mentor to those in his profession and many relied on him for his great problem solving abilities.
Nicholas is survived by his wife Susie Pelino, Dallas, TX; Mother Shirley Malee Plasynski, New Kensington, PA; Mother-in law Beverly Steck, Dallas, TX; Father Nicholas C. Pelino (Ruth), Buena Vista, CO; Sister Cathy Plasynski Bayne (Sam), New Kensington, PA; Brother Christopher Plasynski, Penn Hills, PA; Daughter Nicole Pelino, Odessa, TX; Son Michael Pelino (Christina), New Kensington, PA, Son Gabriel Pelino, Dallas, TX and Son Daniel Pelino, Groton, Connecticut.
Nicholas was preceded in death by his Son Dominick Pelino and his Step-Father Edward Plasynski.
A celebration of life for Nicholas will be held Thursday, September 27, 2018 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Sparkman/Hillcrest, 7405 W. Northwest Highway, Dallas, Texas 75225.
