Nick Correa Jr.

Nick was born in Dallas, TX on October 14,1964, to Nicanor Correa and Julia Correa Acosta. Nick was married to Janet Rojas on December 23, 1993; they were married 28 years.

Nick worked many jobs and was a good provider for his family. He was a baker at Chichen-Itza bakery, a food vendor of tamales and sweet bread, a security officer for 15 years, an assembly line worker at The Lighthouse for the Blind and a parking attendant at The State Fair of Texas for 23 years. He enjoyed working, doing side jobs and spending time with his family and friends. He was a jack of all trades, no job was too small or too big. He loved the Dallas Cowboys and was loved by many.

Nick is preceded in death by Nicanor Correa (father), Lazarus Robertson and Raven Robertson (grandchildren).

Nick is survived by spouse Janet Rojas, parent Julia Correa Acosta, sisters Consuelo Ferriera, Mercedes Ortega and brother Benjamin Correa, children Julia Correa, Ashley Correa, grandchildren Taylor Correa, Braxton Joiner and Daniel Joiner, nephews Augustine Ortega and Manuel Ferriera, nieces Patricia Ortega, Luzmaria Garcia, Belinda Ortega, Matilda Luongo, Consuelo Diaz, and other family and friends.

A visitation will be held Friday, April 29, 2022 at Calvary Hill Funeral Home Chapel, 3235 Lombardy Lane, Dallas, TX 75220 10:00am with a funeral service at 12:00pm; committal will follow at Calvary Hill Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to Benjamin Correa. The family of Nick Correa Jr. wishes to thank everyone who crossed his path throughout the years.
