He is preceded in death by his parents, Jose and Maria Luna, brother, Joe Luna, and grandparents. Noe is survived by his daughter, Christianne Finegan, and sons, Christopher Noel, Jeffrey Michael, and Joshua David. Daughter-in-law, Dorothy Luna, and son-in-law, Casey Finegan.
He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, 1 brother, and 5 sisters.
