Nora Rodriguez, 78, passed away on January 9, 2019 in Lewisville, Texas. She was born on September 20, 1940 in Dallas, Texas to Louis and Cruz Lopez. Nora was raised in Texas and married Samuel Rodriguez in 1960. The couple had two children, Lora and Carol Rodriguez. She served as a seamstress at Neiman Marcus where she worked for 15 years. Nora enjoyed cozy nights watching television and talking with her husband about the Bible. What she enjoyed most was the Christian meetings and the ministry. Family and friends will always remember her cheerful smile and her encouraging words. She was an active member of South Lewisville Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. She is preceded in death by her mother, father, 3 brothers, and one sister. She is survived by her husband, Samuel Rodriguez and two daughters Lora and Carol Rodriguez. She is also survived by an extensive family of fellow witnesses.

Sending prayers to uncle an family, I have not seen my aunt since I was little, and when I finally seen her we hugged for along time, I was hoping to get to know her an my uncle, after all that time that passed she remembered that I wanted to be a police officer, I was happy to see her again so glad that we got to take a picture together. She will always be in my prayers and heart, she went to a better place an is with Family, gonna miss you Tia Nora

Hard to believe that I saw her a little less than 2 weeks ago and gave her a hug, haven't seen her for a while before then. I look forward with the rest of the congregation to seeing her in paradise , may Jehovah comfort the family.

My heart go's out too the family my aunt nora was a very specail women she always had a kind thing to say. My mine went blank when i recieved a. Text from my brother and sister telling me my aunt nora passed away tears slowly rowed down my face as they did when i lost my mother elena c lopez on oct12 2018 that day i visited with my aunt nora and my uncle Samuel. They hug me and my brother and sisters u could feel the warmth love of their emmbrace. The careing. The momeries she tolded me about her and her brothers when they were growing up. I enjoyed her telling me about them. It gave me a warm feeling inside me tia i love u so. And you'll always be in my thoughts. And you'll be missed say hello too my dad and mom and uncle manuel and the rest. May u all rest in peace
