Norberto B. Hernandez (Beto or Popo), 74, of Dallas, TX, passed away on November 7, 2025. Beto was born in Sabinas, Coahuila on June 6, 1951, to Pedro Hernandez and Pabla Bermudez. Beto was married to Maria Hernandez on March 26, 2010; they were married 15 years. Beto worked as a foreman for Renaissance Construction for numerous years and retired in 2021. He enjoyed spending time with family, building things and deer hunting. He was deeply loved and widely respected by all who knew him. Always the first to lend a helping hand, his kindness and generosity touched countless lives and left a lasting legacy of compassion. Beto was preceded in death by his mother, Pabla Bermudez; father, Pedro Hernandez and sisters, Juanita Hernandez Bermudez, Esperanza Hernandez de Ramos and Guadalupe Oyervides. Beto is survived by his wife, Maria Hernandez; daughter, Monica Hernandez and husband, Mario Collazo and daughter, Jessica Hernandez; son, Roberto Hernandez; step daughters, Juana Perez, Cynthia Merino and Mariana Merino; sisters, Juanita Ibarra (Hernandez), Rosa Hernandez; brothers, Andres Hernandez and Pedro Hernandez; 21 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren and other family members and friends.
