Norma Alicia Sanchez

Norma Alicia Sanchez, 54, passed away Wednesday, January 22, 2025 in Dallas, Texas. She was born August 2, 1970 in Dallas, Texas to Alfredo and Margarita Sanchez. Norma was raised in Dallas, Texas and graduated from Adamson High School.

She served as a mail sorter for Pitney Bowes for more than fifteen years. In her spare time, she enjoyed spending time with her nieces and nephews. She also enjoyed reading and shopping for a variety of books that appealed to her. Norma also enjoyed driving around and taking in the sights and sounds of her community when she had the opportunity.

Her family and friends will always remember her as a hardworking, joyous and friendly person. She was also a very loving and outgoing person.

She is survived by her parents, Alfredo and Margarita Sanchez; sisters, Dora Ponce and Leticia Sanchez; brother, Alfredo Sanchez, Jr.; niece, Dylia Ponce, Mia Ponce, Sophia Sanchez; nephews, Eric, Isaiah, and Alfredo Sanchez, III.

A Visitation for Norma will be held Tuesday, January 28, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Gonzalez Funeral Home, 3050 N Stemmons Freeway, Dallas, Texas 75247. A Rosary will occur Tuesday, January 28, 2025 from 7:15 PM to 8:00 PM, 3050 N Stemmons Freeway, Dallas, Texas 75247. A Funeral Service will occur Wednesday, January 29, 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM, 3050 N Stemmons Freeway, Dallas, Texas 75247.
