OBITUARY
Ms. Pamela Denise Abram
November 30, 1962 – December 31, 2020
On Thursday, December 31, 2020, Pamela Abram, loving sister and aunt, passed away at age 58.
Pam was born on November 30, 1962 in Fairfield, TX to John and Helen Abram (Wilder). She graduated from Wilmer-Hutchins High School in 1981. She worked for the United States Postal Service for 35 years.
Pam lived the life of a true “cheerful giver.” She loved to watch the expressions on her loved one’s faces as they opened up a gift from her. Pam loved to have a good time. She loved to dance and could turn anything into a game. She enjoyed watching plays and going to the Frankie Beverly and Maze concerts. Pam had such a welcoming spirit as she never met a stranger. She was always willing to extend a helping hand, publicly and privately. She loved watching classic films like Imitation of Life. In her spare time, she would often read books. She enjoyed traveling and often imagined herself being on her favorite show, Amazing Race. Some of the places she traveled include: South Africa, Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean Islands, and several locations throughout the US. She served on the Children’s ministry at New Beginning Fellowship and would create fun games and activities for the children.
She had an infectious laugh, gave the most loving and sincere hugs, and had a smile that could light up a room. Although she had no children, she played a major role in the lives of her nephew and niece. She loved her friends, co-workers and family, but most importantly she loved the Lord. Pam has joined her mother and father in Glory and she is survived by her sister Cassandra and brother in law Michael, as well as her nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephew- Antwaun, Chelsea, Stephanie, Aaron, Aria, Ace and Aniyah. She is also survived by her aunts, uncles, and a host of other relatives.

Pam, I miss you everyday! I look at your picture and smile because you are smiling. God chose the most beautiful flower to put in His garden when He chose you! You had this picture of butterflies on your FB page and said it symbolizes “Freedom and Life” which portrays the inner you!
You are living your Best Life now!!
Until I see you in Glory, 😘😘😘!

PS. I’ll take care of Cassandra as best I can!

There is so much I can say about my friend but not enough time. She was like a bright light and you could never stay angry with her. She was smart and always encouraged you to learn more. She always celebrated every occasion and roped me into helping her with her projects. she was a joy to work with and a social butterfly. I would always tell her I love you anyway, regardless of your flaws and the fact that she thought she was the smartest one on the block.I would say I know more than you because I have been here longer and had more time to study. I will miss you because you were the only one who would challenge me to do better. RIP Pamelina. Gone but you will always hold a place in my heart.

Dear Cassandra and family, my heart is breaking for you right now. Pam was such a beautiful light in this world. Every time I ever saw her she always made me feel like she was genuinely concerned about me. I’m so mad at myself for not ever telling her what a dynamic lady I thought she was. I know I will see her again, so I’ll make sure I’ll do that. You know we love you and are praying for you.

Dearest Pam,
You were the happy and joyful person every time I saw you! You gave the biggest hugs and that laugh of yours was so contagious!
We are so heartbroken... We didn’t get to say goodbye and we weren’t able to get one last big hug.
I know you’re in a better place and I know you’re watching over your family and friends and the impact you had on people’s lives will continue to live on, in our hearts.
We were all lucky to have had the opportunity of having you in our lives! You left a lasting impression and I will always remember you as the bright light in the room! ❤️
My most sincere condolences to the family and most importantly to Cassandra; we all know how much you loved your big sister and I cannot imagine the pain you are going through at this time. I pray for you and the family and I ask that God rests his hands on your hearts and comforts you all through this pain.

Sending heartfelt condolences to Cassandra and the Jones/Cooper family. Remembering Pam has always been genuine and warm spirited. I'm forever grateful for her standing in the gap and making a positive impact on our (Henry Jr.) daughter Phillys, especially during our teenage years. My most appreciative memory is before Phillys could even start school, Pam made sure she always had plenty of books to read and until this day Phillys is still a big fan for reading books. Pams presence for Phillys high school graduation and trade school warmed my heart and my thought with a smile was "Those Books"!!
May God comfort the family, friends and loved ones during this time of loss in the name of Jesus!

My favorite memory of Pam was her love for the Cooper family. I remember the reunion we had at the Mesquite park and how she talked about the Cooper family, our history, and how each eldest grandchild was presented with the Cooper history and for us to forward that history to our sisters and brothers, cousins, aunts and uncles, and nieces and nephews. She always had a smile on her face and even came by for a burger while I was working at the store in Lancaster at In-N-Burger. Cousin Pam, you will be missed! We love you!!

I always noticed the positive energy Pam provided wherever she went. Pam always has been fun and a joy to be around. The fondest memory I have was at my 1st grade birthday/Halloween party. All of my family and friends arrived at the party before I arrived. When I walked through the door Pam was behind the door with a clown mask on and scared the hell out of me. Understanding the joke was all in the name of fun, Pam managed to provide one of my most fondest memories of that birthday party.

My cousin-in-law, thank you so much for being there for me when I was at my lowest. Having problems at home you invited me to stay with you for a few days. We stayed up half the night while I cried and talked. You listen then advised me to forgive and to give a second chance. That was the best advise ever. Thank you for that moment and all the memories over the years. You will truly be missed.

PAM, PAMJALA, AS I CALLED HER...WAS A GOOD PERSON TO KNOW AND A GREAT FRIEND TO HAVE . SHE WAS VERY THOUGHTFUL, HAD A HEART OF GOLD AND WAS VERY INQUISITIVE. SHE MISSED HER CALLING, SHE ASKED WHO, WHAT, WHEN , WHERE, HOW AND WHY...…….. :)
SHE DID QUITE A BIT FOR OTHERS THAT NO ONE ELSE EVER KNEW ABOUT.
SHE HAD JUST CHAIRED AN ANGEL TREE FOR ANOTHER FOR CHRISTMAS. SHE IS ALREADY MISSED BUT THE MEMORIES WE SHARED CAN NEVER BE REPLACED!! SHE ALWAYS HAD A SMILE ON HER FACE AND AN INFECTIOUS LAUGH. MY PRAYER IS, MAY GOD COMFORT YOUR GRIEVING HEART AND BRING YOU PEACE.
