Pamela Ann Blackstock

Pamela Ann Blackstock, age 66, of Mesquite, Texas passed away on Tuesday, November 4, 2025. She was born September 30, 1959 in Dallas, Texas to Charles and Clota Thrasher. Pamela was raised in Mesquite, Texas and graduated from North Mesquite High School in 1978. She was an accounting specialist at Frito Lay where she worked for more than 40 years. In her spare time Pamela enjoyed her grandchildren, attending Church, buying gifts for loved ones and vacationing with her family, especially cruises. Her family and friends will always remember her as a loving and giving daughter, mother, sister and friend.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents Archie and Minnie Thrasher and JB ( Sparky) and Lucille Fansler. Her aunt Shirley Fansler and Joe Fansler, uncles Billy, Bobby and James Thrasher and Marvin Norris.

Pamela is survived by her son Steven White, daughter Jennifer White, 3 grandchildren: Dylan Morgan, Jase White and Gabrielle Benavidez. Her parents Charles and Clota Thrasher, brother Dwayne Thrasher and wife Stephanie, nephews: Cris Thrasher and wife Anna, Ben Thrasher and wife Jessica, Blake Thrasher, Chase Thrasher and wife Brooke, 10 nieces and nephews and many cherished aunts, uncles, cousins and friends and all those she touched are all left to cherish the life and legacy that Pamela leaves behind.

A visitation for Pamela will be held Tuesday, November 11, 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at Grove Hill Funeral Home, 3920 Samuell Blvd, Dallas, TX 75228. A funeral service will occur Tuesday, November 11, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, 3920 Samuell Blvd, Dallas, TX 75228. An interment will occur Tuesday, November 11, 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM, 3920 Samuell Blvd, Dallas, TX 75228.
