Patricia Evans Johnson

Patricia Elizabeth Johnson died Wednesday, December 14, 2016 in Dallas, Texas. She was born in Brownwood, Texas the daughter of the late Edward and Elizabeth Evans, and was preceded in death by her loving husband Walter G. Johnson. Patricia is survived by her son Philip Johnson and daughter in law Lisa Johnson of Tulsa, OK, her daughter Polly Johnson-Harrall and son in law Simon Harrrall of Houston, TX, and granddaughters Barbara Johnson of Arlington, VA and Elizabeth Johnson of Tulsa, OK.

Patricia earned a B.A. and M.A. from Southern Methodist University was a Licensed Professional Counselor. She was employed by Dallas Independent School District as an English teacher and later became an advisory high school guidance counselor. Patricia enjoyed many hobbies including participation in Dance Connections Club and Dallas Bridge Association of America Contract Unit 176. She was a proud member of the Gold Star Wives of America.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, December18th from 4-6 p.m. at Sparkman Crane Funeral Home, 10501 Garland Road, Dallas, TX.

A funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, December 19th at 1 p.m. at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 9643 Ferndale Road, Dallas, TX with private interment to follow.
