

Patricia (Siegel) Zilbermann was born October 4, 1928 to Morris J and Maude Ruth Siegel in Dallas, Texas. She grew up in Paris, Texas, graduating from Paris High School. She attended college at SMU and the University of Texas at Austin, where she met her future husband André Zilbermann. After moving back to Dallas, Patsy ran into André (Andy) on the street in downtown Dallas. A romance began, and they were married on February 25, 1951 in Dallas. Pat and Andy had three children, and lived the rest of their lives in Dallas. Pat became very involved at Temple Emanu-El. She was a charter member of the choir and worked on countless projects during her lifelong involvement. Several years ago, she was elected to the Temple Sisterhood Hall of Fame. Pat loved to celebrate life, She loved birthdays, music, art, dancing, travel, and most of all, her family and friends. Pat had more close friends than most people have acquaintances. She was outgoing, interested in everyone, and never met a stranger. People loved her because she was such a good friend; always the one that could be counted on to visit a friend in the hospital, or throw a birthday party. And boy, did she love birthday parties. Pat was preceded in death by her parents, Morris and Maude Siegel and her husband of 42 years Andy Zilbermann. She is survived by her sister, Sidney Perutz and her husband George, her son Mark Zilbermann and his wife Peggy, daughter Kathy Zilbermann and her husband Marco Montanari, son David Zilbermann, grandson Douglas Zilbermann, grandson Aaron Zilbermann and his wife Erica, and her twin great-granddaughters Gigi and Bella Zilbermann, who were the apple of her eye. The funeral will be Tuesday, 2pm June 14th at Temple Emanu-El with the interment following at Temple Emanu-El Cemetery.In lieu of flowers please make
