Patsy Marie Caldwell

Pat Caldwell died at home on 9/23/2015. Pat was born in Dallas in 1929, attended Sunset High School and married Bob Caldwell in 1950. Pat worked for many years at the Oak Cliff YWCA and was the Branch Director when she retired in 1996. Pat was a long-time member of Oak Cliff Presbyterian Church and recently received the Presbyterian Woman's lifetime membership award. Pat was also a member of the Oak Cliff Lion's Club. Pat always loved Christmas and celebrated it with joy. Pat also loved animals and had sheltered many feral cats in her neighborhood after trapping them so they could be neutered. Pat loved movies and passed this love on to her daughter Susan Harkins. Pat was preceded in death by her husband Bob Caldwell, her parents and her sister Claudia Moore (Cunningham). Pat is survived by her daughter Susan Harkins, her nieces and nephews, Marty and Bill McCrary, Linda and Richard Tucker, and Susan and Ronnie Tucker. Pat is also survived by her sister-in-law Barbara Caldwell, and her niece Melissa Brady and nephew Clay Caldwell. Pat had many grand nieces and nephews and was loved by all of her family and friends.
