Born in 1928 in Dallas, Texas and died August 9, 2012 in San Antonio at age 83. He served in the U.S. Air Force, then began his successful career in Sales and Operations Management in the waterworks industry in Dallas and Austin. Survived by wife of 35 years, Camille Belcher, and their daughter, Suzanne Espinosa; as well as children of his late wife, Betty Wilson Belcher: Diane Stradley, Jackie Brighton, Marty Belcher, Linda Belcher, Kathy Pechacek, Peggy Pierce and Jimmy Thompson. He is also survived by his 15 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and 2 nieces and 1 nephew. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Laura Gentry and Pauline Bordelon. Paul was a member of St. Mary Cathedral in Austin, Texas. Visitation 4-7 PM Sunday, August 12, 2012 with a rosary at 6PM at the funeral home. Graveside service and interment 10:30 AM Monday, August 13, 2012 at Pleasant Mound Cemetery in Dallas.
