Peggy was born in Dallas, Texas on October 11.1940. She and her husband Bill Rosser were married for 61 years. They moved to Waxahachie about 45 years ago. Peggy taught school in Dallas and Waxahachie and retired 22 years ago. She enjoyed collecting antiques, working outdoors, and visiting her granddaughters in Orlando, Florida. She was a member of First Methodist Church in Waxahachie.
Peggy was preceded in death by her brothers Dickie Pope and Larry Pope. She was also preceded by her father R.A. Pope and her mother Christine Pope.
She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Bill Rosser, her two sons Ken Rosser (and Cathy) of Cleburne, Chris Rosser of Orlando. Five grandchildren, Will Rosser of Waxahachie, Wyatt Rosser of New Orleans, and Kendell Rosser of Waxahachie, Jenna Rosser of Orlando, Sophia Rosser of Orlando, and sister-in-law Linda Pope of Waxahachie.
A public memorial service will be held at Laurel Land on March 18th at 2:00pm.
