Survivors are her husband Bill, children Jim Tanner, Kay Payne and John Tanner & his wife Robin; grandchildren Travis, Nicholas, Sam, Austin and Molly; several nieces & nephews. Visitation Tuesday, Dec 31, 2013, 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. followed by the service at 1:30 p.m. in the Chapel of Sparkman/Crane Funeral Home. Peggy’s son John will be officiating. Interment Mesquite City Cemetery, Mesquite.
