Raphael Pablo Gomez

Rafael was raised in Little Mexico and graduated from St. Ann in the 40s.

He married Maria D. Martinez in 1960 and the couple had four children. He was a Lead Foreman at Ingersol Rand where he worked for more than twenty-six years.

In his spare time, Rafael Gomez enjoyed grandchildren, wood working, and handyman projects.

His family and friends will always remember him as a hardworking man. He enjoyed cooking and gatherings with friends and family, but especially looked forward to family gatherings around the holidays.

He is survived by his children, Kristen, Mario, Diane, Russell.

A visitation for Raphael will be held Monday, September 16, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Gonzalez Funeral Home, 3050 N STEMMONS FWY, DALLAS, TX 75247. A mass of christian burial will occur Tuesday, September 17, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Calvary Hill Funeral Home & Cemetery, 3235 Lombardy Ln, Dallas, TX 75220. An interment will occur Tuesday, September 17, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Calvary Hill Funeral Home & Cemetery, 3235 Lombardy Ln, Dallas, TX 75220.
