Rebeca de Leon

Rebeca C. de Leon 70, passed away December 9, 2011 in Dallas, Texas. She was born December 20, 1940 in Monterrey, Mexico to Pablo Cuellar and Juanita Avila Cuellar. A member of St. Pius X Catholic Church since 1976, Rebeca retired in 2000 after 24 years with AT&T, leaving time for her to enjoy her arts and crafts, crocheting and going to Winstar Casino. Most of all Rebeca loved spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Augustin B. de Leon in 1988 and her sister, Rosaura Alvarez. A loving Mother and Grandmother, Rebeca is survived by her 5 children, Rosa Marquez, husband Michael, Jose de Leon, wife Gloria, Pablo de Leon, wife Patricia, Laura de Leon and Silvia de Leon; 12 grandchildren, Jason Marquez, Mark de Leon, Mariellena Marquez, Christina Garza, Michael Marquez, Jr., Aaron Marquez, Daniel Traylor, Gabriella de Leon, Pablo de Leon, Jr., Lauren de Leon, Alexander de Leon and Adrianna de Leon; brothers and sisters, Socorro Candanosa, Hermelio Cuellar, Ernesto Cuellar and Rogelio Cuellar; numerous other loving family and friends.

Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. with a Rosary to recited at 7:00 p.m. Monday, December 12, 2011 at Calvary Hill Funeral Home Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 13, 2011 at the North Chapel of Calvary Hill Mausoleum. Interment to follow at Calvary Hill Cemetery, Dallas, Texas.
