Reinaldo is my father-in-law and my brother in Christ he was always there for me and my wife Michelle and the children as a teacher he has taught me many things about family And responsibilities. His love for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ was remarkable. There came a point where I lost my way and did Somethings that hurt and affected my wife and the children Naturally as a father and grandfather He wanted To protect them from any hurt and pain. He expected nothing but the best From me. The last five years we have not talked to one another And have hurt the one person we both love Michelle he said he wanted to make sure that I have changed. I kept looking Four and wanting his acceptance of me and I look forward to showing him my change This was very important to me because I wanted us to be a family Again one that he could be proud of And have his approval of me For his daughter and grandchildren. I know that he would have been proud of me His sudden departure from us has affected me in such a way That I now realize how much I really looked up to him and Loved him I take comfort in Knowing that he is in a better place

Reinaldo was my beloved uncle. He was my mother’s late mother’s brother. I loved sitting down with my uncle when I was able to and hear stories of how life was for the siblings in Puerto Rico. He loved to tell us all types of stories of his life in the military, how he met his wife and all three of his amazing kids.

My fondest memory was his explanation of his children’s names. He so adored the book Les Miserables. That book is where he named his three beautiful daughters. My mother also shared the love for the book which I think brought them a little closer in a way.

My dear uncle will be remembered for years and years for his service as a pastor and a father. The foundation he left for his entire family will be carried on for generation.

Tio, te quiero mucho y te veré de nuevo.

Your Nephew,
Kenny

Please pray for the Maldonado family. This man changed my life forever and I was truly blessed by having spent years at his church. He was my first pastor. The one who taught me at a young age that Jesus loves me, that he died for me, that Jesus has a calling on my life, the one who baptize me, and the list goes on.
Pastor Reynaldo changed the generations to come by showing me the real meaning of Christianity.
RIP Pastor
Please keep his family in prayers
