Ricardo M. Rivera, Sr. passed away Wednesday, June 15, 2011 in Mesquite, Texas at the age of 78. Ricardo was born February 7, 1933 in Mexico to Genaro Rivera and Trinidad Martinez Rivera. He was preceded in death by both parents and his son, Mario Rivera. He is survived by sons, Ricardo and wife Maria; Carlos & wife Margaret and Raymond; daughters, Trini, Rosann & Yoland; brothers, Hector, Juan & Armando; sister, Anita and numerous grandchildren and other relatives and a host of friends. Visitation and viewing will be held Sunday, June 19, 2011 from 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Calvary Hill Funeral. Funeral services will be at 10:00 am Monday, June 20, 2011 in th Funeral Home Chapel at Calvary Hill Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Calvary Hill Cemetery.
