

Richard graduated from Bryan Adams High School and went on to build a life centered around hard work, family, and the outdoors. On September 22, 1972, he married the love of his life, Eugena, beginning a devoted partnership that spanned more than five decades.
Richard dedicated his career to the printing industry. He began working at his father’s company, Moreno Printing Service, and later proudly owned and operated his own business himself. His strong work ethic and commitment to quality left a lasting mark on both his customers and his community.
Above all, Richard loved his family. He treasured time spent with them, whether gathered at home or enjoying the outdoors. Fishing and hunting were among his greatest joys, and many cherished memories were made sharing those passions with loved ones.
He is survived by his daughter, Julie Platter (Samuel); Shelby and Jaleel Clemon; Bayleigh and Jackson Vogel; Brooklyn and Braxton Feemster; Anthony Platter; Adolfo and Diane Moreno; and Sandra Day.
Richard will be remembered for his dedication to his family, his steadfast work ethic, and the love he shared so freely with those around him. His legacy lives on in the many lives he touched.
A visitation for Richard will be held Wednesday, February 25th from 5-8pm at Grove Hill Funeral Home, 3920 Samuell Blvd, Dallas, Texas 75228. Richard's service will follow on Wednesday, Thursday, February 26th at 10:00am at Grove Hill Funeral home followed by burial.
