Ricky was born on August 26, 1976 in Dallas, Texas. He was a resident of Terrell, Kaufman County. He graduated from Terrell High School, class of 1995. He worked at the Terrell State Hospital for 11+ years and later became a wonderful, loving father. He attended the Terrell Christmas Parade, every year to show his support and commitment. He was a Freemason, and he achieved the rank of Eagle Scout at the age of 18.
He is survived by his daughter, Lesliegh Henderson, his dad and mom, Charlie and Pamela Henderson, and his mother, Rebecca Sands, his siblings Jerry Caldwell, Randy and Marsha Henderson, Sonya Sphaler, Carrie and Ricky Posey, Tanya Sands, and many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by grandparents Charlie and Elsie Henderson, Glenn and Celeste Vaupel, and aunts and uncles.
