Robert Edward McClurg was born on June 29,1952 in Dallas, Texas. He passed away on November 9, 2017. He served in the Marines from 1971-1973. After being discharged from the military he worked in construction and later entered into a career in Security and Law Enforcement. He was a member of Meadow View Church of Christ. His interest were the Dallas Cowboys, hunting/fishing, spending time with family, friends and especially his grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents Robert & Bobbie Jean McClurg Sr. and brother Kenneth Ray. He is survived by his wife Linda, children Chris & Zachariah and grandkids Chase, Caladi, Sky & Justin, sisters Brenda and Karen & several nieces and nephews. He also leaves behind a very close cousin Gordon Kirk and lifetime friend Mike Hutt.
